Spaghetti & Meatball
We’re bringing back the much loved spaghetti & meatballs, and Chief Nic wanted to share a fun, flavorful new version of the classic. It all starts with our house tomato sauce. Juicy, ripe plum tomatoes are slowly cooked down with garlic, basil, and shallots, then a little white wine to deglaze transforms the tomatoes into a beautifully smooth and silky sauce. Now for the meatball: one giant 6 oz blend of beef & pork with a special breadcrumb and gooey mozzarella center. You’ll want to make sure to have your camera ready when you slice this meatball open. Satisfaction and comfort on every level. We recommend pairing with a glass of cabernet sauvignon like Justin.
