Mother's Day Special: Lobster Cestini
Cestini translates to “baskets” in Italian and is a modern stuffed pasta originating in northern Italy. Chef’s cestinis are stuffed with Ripieno di formaggio, a quintessential bolognese cheese filling, and lobster and gently tossed in brown butter and asparagus. This dish was made with love from our kitchen to yours!
