Spaghetti & Meatballs
The star of this traditional dish is without a doubt the meatballs. Ours are made with grass-fed beef, packed with fragrant herbs and spices, and filled with flavorful pecorino romano & ricotta to balance the juices. Served with vegetable ragù & egg noodles, this dish is true to its roots. We recommend a medium-bodied wine with notes of dark fruits like black cherry such as cabernet sauvignon.
