Pasta Making Class
Your party will be broken up into groups of two. Each group will then prepare a batch of pasta dough & roll out your group's pasta selection. After preparing the pasta, you will cook the pasta you just made and learn the best practices for presentation & plating. Guests will then enjoy the plated dishes family style to give everyone a chance to try the various pastas & sauces.
Additional menu items such as charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts available on request.
