Pasta Packs
Pasta Packs is a unique and delicious way to experience hand-prepared pasta dishes in your own kitchen. Your Pasta Pack will include prepped and partially cooked fresh pasta, sauce, and protein each in its own sealed package, along with cooking directions so you can quickly and easily assemble the dish. Chef Nic hand-picks the ingredients and takes care of the all-day cooking so we can provide an elevated experience that appeals to your senses. You’ll need a few kitchen basics to take your pasta from Pasta Pack to table: a stovetop, pot, and pan; some basic utensils; and olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Our menu includes garlic bread and salad as well as wine pairing recommendations so that we can provide a full dining experience. Place your order on our website and choose local delivery or store pickup at checkout, then let us prepare your hand-made pasta dinner.

About Chef Nic
Chef Nic is passionate about bringing joy to the lives of others through food. He was introduced to hand-rolled pasta after culinary school and over time it became second nature to him. The development of Pasta Packs was based off of being able to bring our vibe home to your kitchen and dining space. Chef enjoys every part of the process, from sourcing new and fresh ingredients, to rolling the pasta and picking fresh herbs. Our vibe is to touch on the five senses: a blend of vintage music from around the world, fragrant incense burning for aromatherapy, a casual glass of wine of your choice while preparing the dish—an all-around timeless and relaxing experience. Because food can influence every facet of our lives, Chef Nic seeks to serve the highest purpose of food: to create unity and bring joy to your table.

Ready in 24 hours
Our current ordering process requires that you place your order 24 hours in advance so that we are able to provide only the freshest pasta.
Kitchen Pick Up
You can pick up your orders at our kitchen location. Our address is 4334 S. Manhattan Ave. Tampa, FL 33611.

Pasta Packs now offers nationwide shipping through Goldbelly, get fresh & delicious pasta delivered straight to your door.
PREP & SHELF LIFE
shelf life
The fresh pasta can stay refrigerated for two days. If you want to preserve your unprepared Pasta Pack longer, you can freeze the pasta in the unopened, vacuum-sealed bag for up to two months. Pasta Packs sauces have a shelf life of five to seven days.
