Cacio e Pepe
Although this dish dates to ancient Rome, the Pasta Packs version is modern take on a classic. Expect a rich, buttery and salty cheese flavor—pecorino romano and parmesan reggiano—balanced with spicy black pepper. Our take on Cacio E Pepe may not be traditional but we prefer our beautifully balanced version. Is it pepper predominant? Pepper forward? Either way, pair your Cacio e Pepe with a glass of chardonnay or Sauvignon blanc such as Mohua.
