Hands-On Instruction: Our chefs will guide you through each step, from rolling the dough to folding the cappelletti into their signature hat shape
Join us for a fun and educational experience, and take home the skills to recreate this traditional Italian dish in your own kitchen.
Interactive Group Experience: Each participant will prepare your own batch of pasta dough and craft a selected pasta shape. This ensures hands-on learning and teamwork throughout the process.
Cooking & Presentation: Once your pasta is ready, it’s time to cook! Learn essential techniques for cooking pasta to perfection and gain insights into plating and presentation that elevate your dishes to restaurant-quality.
Recommended Attire: For safety and comfort, participants should wear pants or jeans, closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair.
