This is my (Chef Nic’s) take on the classic bolognese. Slowly braised for 3 hours, this hearty meal is loaded with flavor. The ground beef is incredibly tender and is complemented with pork and prosciutto. A glass of Sauvignon Blanc goes perfect with this dish.
