Chef Nic puts his spin on this traditional Italian pasta dish. Alla Norma originated in Sicily, Italy, as a macaroni or rigatoni dish paired with aubergines, tomatoes & topped with a light snow cap of vegan feta cheese. We've created a warm, rustic, hearty meal by using a plant based spinach and basil cavatelli and adding fragrant herbs like fresh basil and oregano and a hint of spice from crushed red pepper.
