A blend of three cheeses: creamy & rich ricotta with sharp and salty pecorino, and the fun, stringy provolone compliments the slight tartness from the tomato ragù. Layering these components with the much loved egg noodles is an absolute home run. A glass of pinot noir such as La Crema Pinot noir Williamette Valley Oregon pairs well.
